Congratulations! So far I'm 2 for 2. Have to start all over in April for our July trip, soI keep my fingers crossed. I know what you mean, only my DH really understands (finally) what it's like to get your CRT reservations. I remember last year I was telling a friend that I got my CRT res (she was going to DW two weeks before us) and she said oh I never make PSs - I think they're too confining! I was stunned, especially since she was going to be there over the 4th of July!

Those of you who said that they dont' say the word "understand" are correct. My husband called on Wednesday for a Cindy's reservation for 4/19 and got it for 8:05am that day on his first try so I'll try and help out. He too was confused as he was waiting for them to say the speech listed in the FAQ on this board and when it differed he sorta didn't know what to do. He listened to their speech and then the voice stopped and he didn't know what to do since no one said 'understand', Then they said "If you're calling" and he pressed 1, then they said "If you're calling for a reservation within 7 days" or something like that and he pressed 1 again. He was expecting to be put on hold but a CM picked up immediately and offered him an 8:05ps for Cindy's for 4/19. Hopefully this will help you, but you're right, no one says 'understand' anymore, so don't wait for that. Good luck!

Wow! You are lucky! I've been trying to get those ressies ever since I was able to and I still don't have them yet. To make matters worse, I have to wake up just before 4:00 AM (PST) just to do it! Grrrr!!! As a back-up, I did book Cinderella's Gala Feast in case I'm not able to get anything for CRT. To this day, I'm still trying. Alas, no luck for me...

Beca, I'm glad you finally got through. I called this morning just to see what the deal was with the phone menu changing, and sure enough, it is different than when I made my reservation just 13 days ago! I'm glad several of you have been successful in finding ways to get through on the new system! Pixie dust to all who are still trying!

I sure am glad there are other people out there who are as nutty as me over this meal with the princesses.

I even went out a few days ago and bought a phone that had a cord because redial works faster on these.

I set my alarm for 5:45 so I could wake up and practice my line. I got through and hit 1 1 (my message did include the word "understand"). I think it was refering to the long waiting periods (which I didn't experience) and immediately a CM came on, I even let her finish her greeting and I got a ressie for 8:15am on April 20 (my daughter's birthday) and it was my first time EVER to call! I was so excited that I called my mom and woke her up. She knew how stressed I was about getting this. I agree that those who don't know don't get it.

Hey - It's my dd's birthday on April 20th too, but she wanted to go to the Crystal Palace for her b-day breakfast. Maybe we'll see you at MK.

My son's 6th bday is April 20th too!!! We are going to Chef Mickey's at night and the Crystal Palace for breakfast. Should be a lot of bday buttons at MK that day!

I got CRT breakfast on April 17th so my DD would enjoy breakfast with the princesses. I also couldn't believe how easy it has been to get through to Disney Dining this week. I've called everyday at 6:59 using the points from this web site and I got through each time right away!
