Has anyone been successful at snagging a CRT reservation closer to their trip? I changed my plans and now it's 170 days out and I'm concerned I won't be able to get one, especially since it's pay in advance. Do people cancel closer to their trip?? Looking for a PPO breakfast Nov 15.

People cancel all the time. Especially since this is a prepaid meal. Just keep watching.

I made our plans for summer in early May. I got an 8:00 CRT. I really recommend Touring Plans reservation finder if the time you want isn't available now. If you can manage a little uncertainty in your plans, I've found lots of cancellations start coming through about 5 days to 24 hours (a few even day-of) before the ADR date/time.

That's exactly what I'm looking for... an 8 am or even 8-830am reservation! I did sign up w touring plan and mouse dining so I'm hoping that will pull through and get me one!

I think I got my CRT reservation for last year's Nov-Dec trip about 90 days out, but I saw them popping up between then and our actual dates. I never could get a BOG lunch though. I'm crossing my fingers for this year!

I just got it this morning, actually. My 180+9 just opened up and I planned it for the end of our trip this time. What I couldn't get this time, however, was a PPO Garden Grill for 6 at 180+9. Granted, I was 2 hours late making my reservations, but I think they just must not have a lot of 6 tops. This is my first time making reservations for 6, and I didn't really think about some restaurants not having a lot of larger tables available.

Glad you got one tho! Maybe try for two 3 tables at the same time? Not sure I only have tables for 3 to look for! Praying for bog dinner and crt breakfast!!

Good luck and keep trying. I told my daughter to get up by 6 am and be ready to book. She was able to get her dinner reservation. So they do charge the cc/prepay. I thought they only put a hold. I see it pending on the cc statement.

Unless you have a dining plan with TS credits, CRT is fully prepaid. Most other locations are just CC guaranteed.

Sorry you got some bad infomation. CRT has been prepaid for many years.

I snagged one for my BFF who is checking in today. I reserved it last week for her.....and she had trouble from her 180 day mark.
