For MNSSHP if you want to enter the park before 4 PM, you need some form of valid park admission.

In general they will allow you in after 4 PM on just a party ticket.

The Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party is not held during the MK Halloween party. Only during the Christmas party.

I just wanted to add that there are some other fun things you can do without the park admission.

There is a Pirates and Pals fireworks voyage that leaves from the CR. You meet at the CR, get some snacks and some photo ops and then you board a boat to view the electrical water pageant and the MK fireworks.

At FW, there are haunted carriage rides (in Oct), Hoop Dee Doo Review, and Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

No park tickets required.
