Those are such cute desserts! We can only do CRT or BOG on our trip next month and we’re thinking of doing CRT mostly for the castle experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

CRT food surprised us this year. I would give it a try. It was surprisingly good with attentive service (hard to get post pandemic at WDW).

2-2.5 hours. We had a 9:25 pm reservation and didn’t make it out until 11:20 pm (with desserts to go) and we were seated on time. They close off the entire area around the castle 1-1.5 hr before fireworks (they tell you that before seating that you won’t be allowed to exit).

The 5-7 pm time frame is peak dinner time and it’s very tricky. At BOG (they have a lot more seating) last Nov we had to wait 35-40 mins outside after 6:15 ADR time (checked in 20 mins early on the dot; we were denied checking in any earlier than that). We had a dessert party booked and rushed through dinner to get to the party (took 1 vegan dessert to go and skipped the rest). Fireworks were at 8 pm.

The March trip we booked Steakhouse71 at 5 pm (it was 1.5 hr Nov 2020; now took over 2 hours). Disney is short staffed everywhere. We cancelled ADRs on our last 2 nights (incl Topolinos) because of all of the issues.
