Cinderella's Royal Table worth it??

We ate breakfast at CRT this past May - me, dh and ds6 - and we all loved it !! It was a wonderful experience, and we don't particulary even like the princesses :rotfl: We paid OOP, as we use the QSDP, but it was definitely worth it :)

We ate there in the Spring... Ariel, Jasmine, Snow White were all there for dinner.

The food was the best meal we had on our trip.. Not in quantity, but for sure in quality. Best service all around too!

The "waiting room" routine in the castle entry way is a bit of a process, and sort of awkward to be sitting there as everyone get's their Cindy pictures.

Wasn't the "classic" Cinderella, rather a more "homely" long sleeved dress. Not sure if it's always that way.

I say it was well worth it.

I took DD2 for breakfast and she LOVED it! She got special attention from everyone because it was her birthday. She got a birthday card with all the princesses signature, which was good because bad mommy had forgotten her autograph book with Daddy and her brothers. She ate from my plate, since she is so young. But it was more than enough for the two of us. I even got her a glass slipper dessert, which she did not eat and melted in the hot sun. But I would say it was all worth it. We were not rushed at all, in fact I think we were one of the last ones there. Loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The ambiance is nice to be sure, but I couldn't get over the bad food - especially at the price/credits.

Norway gave us much better service, and all those princesses made my daughter dance with joy! Much more fun.

We have eaten at both for the past three years and really enjoy both of them. Yes, the castle is expensive, but this last time DD and I had a table by a window overlooking FantasyLand.

The plus is getting the autographs and pics with the pricesses without having to stand in a very long line.

We went on our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip. We got free pictures with Cinderella.

I got the wand and he got the sword that they normally give to the kids there. And of course, we had the wishing star for the wishing star ceremony!

I loved meeting all of the princesses, and my Prince Charming loved his steak.

Of course, I should mention that his parents paid for the trip and had us on the Deluxe Dining Plan. We only ate two meals every day, and had enough extra to do CRT. Had we not, we would have wasted two meal credits.

My family and I eat at Cinderella's Royal Table every time we go to Disney World. I love the food served and the atmosphere. It's top of the line.

I took my DD6 at the time for her bday lunch... just us two.. Did I think it was worth it money wise noway, but SHE LOVED the experience, so THAT made it priceless. Something to do once, but won't do it again type of thing... I even asked her if she could do anything again what would she rather do eat with the princess or go back to BBB.. And she said BBB for sure!

We ate here in september for dinner and all 5 of us enjoyed it. (4 adults and 1 6 yr old ). It was also a nice way to get 5 princess autographs without having to stand in line, especially after waiting in the faries line for over an hour. Since there was 5 of us in our party we did recieve two seperate sets of pictures.

I took my daughter to breakfast there two years ago when she was 5. She loved it but I didn't think the use of 2 credits was worth doing it again. We are going in March and we are going to use our credits for other dining experiences that we didn't get to the last time.

I would say it is worth doing it at least once.

We went in May for dinner and really loved it. Inside the castle is beautiful and the food was actually good. I would rather use those credits for dinner as opposed to scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. I felt like we got our money's worth out of it, all in all. We did Akershus for lunch two years prior and it was ok. the food wasn't bad, but the experience was more than anything what we were looking for. When my dd saw her first princess, it was priceless. I think as with any restaurant, there are good days and bad days, esp w/service. We were happy with both and if you go with an open mind, and expect to have a nice time, I think you'll be happy. At dinner in May, there was Jasmine, Ariel, Alice, Snow White, and Aurora I believe. One other way we looked at it was that we don't know when we'll make it back to WDW, so we wanted to do everything we could and that was high on the list.

I'd only do it if you have a Princess-obsessed DD (or DS). Otherwise, no. Go to Akershus! :lovestruc
