Hey guys -- I have a question about CRT and MNSSHP. I am planning on doing MNSSHP Tuesday 10/4 (assuming there will a a party that day), would it be adviseable to do a 430pm reservation for CRT that day? Being as the party doesnt start until 7pm? Any input would be appriciated.

That's up to you..We never do adrs on party days.It wastes too much of party time.We enter the park at 4p.Hit up a CS place and then ride rides and get ready for the party festivities that start at 7p.The few times we did do adrs we got seated way late and ended up missing alot of time.

last year we did CRT on a MNSSHP day. (4:30pm I think). We had plenty of time to get lots of treats, rides, and see the parade. Our park for the day was MK anyway = so we had been there since park opening anyway - and we stayed till midnight Personally I liked it because the park got really (really) crowded around 4-5 so while we ate the park emptied out a bit.

I will say though that really weren't that thrilled with CRT - the meal wasn't all that great and the Ariel was preoccupied with making sure we tell some other prince (that was supposed to be at the party doing a meet and greet) that she said hi

That depends are you only using your party ticket and not a normal ticket that day (meaning you can't enter the park until 4?) in which case this will cut down on alot of what you can do. Do you have another day to spend time at MK?

If you plan to spend time in another park that morning and have other time to spend at MK another day (or even if you plan to be at MK that morning) then go back rest and get ready go to dinner, then go to the party this would be perfect.

If this is your only MK time I would do quick service and have more time to play at MK.

4-7 is a really crowded time in the park so that is a good time to take a break and be in a resteraunt. This is the time where everyone from the party is getting there but everyone with normal tickets haven't left yet.

This will be our third or fourth time doing the party so we opted to book CRT for our party night, too. I figured it might be worth cutting into some of our party time to let all the non-party goers start to filter out of the park and keep our kids cool in their costumes until we were ready for that nights festivities. Our ADR's aren't until like 5:30 pm, but like I said we've done the party a few times so it isn't a huge deal if we cut into some of that time. We've been told to allow about 2 hours or so for the dinner if that helps any.

We did the exact same thing !! Last Sept we went to the 9-21 party. We had ADR's for 4:25 pm at CRT. It worked out PERFECTLY !! it was awesome, our DD was dressed up as Belle for MNSSHP so she was dressed great for eating in the castle. It moved right along and I think we were out by 6:00

We chose to eat there for a few reasons.... first, our DD4 (at the time) would be all dressed up like a princess already. Second, we wanted to eat in the park so once we were done, we're ready for the party.

After we got out, we went and got our wristbands over by Stitches Psycho "Ride". Then, we just walked around and got ready to secure a spot in the hub for the Villans show and the 1st parade. DON'T miss the parade!! Seeing the headless horseman ride is worth the price of admission alone. It was spectacular and tons of fun.

Thanks for the input everyone! This isnt our only MK day so thats not an issue. Looks like ill be booking CRT.

Did CRT for MVMCP it was awsome. Got my wristband went to dinner came out just when the party started.

Wait a minute. I thought the dates "tentatively" came out for MMNSSHP and the 4th wasn't on there. I switched one of my MK days b/c of the dates. I'll be seriously PO'd if the dates change and I need to reschedule my ADR for CRT.

Really?! Where did you find these tentative dates?! Im gonna FREAK if i missed something and im going to have to switch all this stuff around! HELP!!

Which is WHY the dates are tentative and NOT official yet, every year these speculations come out and people make plans by them only to be upset when the official dates are NOT the way they hoped.Op I am sorry this happened to you but maybe with some juggling you can come up with a Plan B

I was able to come up with a plan B! But it invovles us not being able to do the Fantasmic! Dinner package, I really wanted to do this but I guess we'll have to save it for next time! I really dont know why Disney would make a halloween party and Fantasmic! on the same night, but I juggled it so I could make the sunday 10/2 party with ressies at CRT for 1625....ugh!

I am thinking of doing the same thing on Thurs. 10/20 around 4:15...... Is this a tentative MNSSHP date or is it pretty certain?? Also, is it a definite that you can get in at 4 with the party ticket??? That is our off day.

Also, do all of the princesses come out at dinner now?? From what I have read in the past it used to be the mice an Fairy Godmother.

Other option is booking CRT before MK opens (we will be there another day as well)


Any advice on which would be better??

We have 7 day park hoppers, not a problem for us

Really? I have been to either MNSSHP or MVMCP for the past 4 years and have gotten in at 4 with only the party ticket each time. Did you ask to speak to another CM or a supervisor?

No we sure didn't, wish I would had we are doing MVMCP this year so that is really good to know thank you..and also we will have the PH as well so should not be an issue this year..thank you for the info..
