Cinderella's Royal Table Booking

I'm sure this has been asked before but the search facility has gone. I'd love to take my three kids for Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. We will be in Disney 17-31st August 2009.
Do I have to book 90 days or 180 days in advance? There seems to be a difference of opinion.
Can I email or must I call?
What is the number?

It is 90 days in advance and as it stands at the moment you need to call.

The number is 001 407 939 3463 - use a number such as telediscount to get the call for a 1p a min (just google or I am sure someone else will post it!)
