Cinderella III --- Seen it or the trailer??

Wow! I just saw the 8 min. trailer for Cinderella III. It looks great! I can't wait to see the movie. Gotta go get it ASAP!

(It was on the Disney website, under characters, Princesses and so forth.)

I was impressed with the trailer! I'm thinking of getting it for dd's Easter basket. It'll be either that or Air Buddies. Those puppies are cute. : )

I saw the trailer. My dd really wants it. However, I've never seen any of the Disney sequels all the way through, believe it or not. If I buy Cinderella III, would I have to purchase Cinderella II first? Is it even still available?

I wouldn't think you need to see Cinderella II at all. It is one of those vignette-style movies- 3 seperate stories tied together by little filler moments inbetween.

The first story is about how Cindy adjusts to being a Princess in the castle and asserts herself. The second is about Jacque the mouse- he feels like he can't help Cindy anymore, so wishes to become bigger- he turns into a person. the third is a kind of side story about one of the stepsisters, Anastasia. she falls in love with the town baker, but her mother tells her he isn't good enough. Cindy helps her get him.

I don't think they really have anything to do with Cindy III.

I've seen it. My kids have watched it about 4 times already. It's very well done and has a great story behind it. The music is good, too. The only thing I didn't care for was the voice of Gus-Gus. But everything else looked so close to the origninal!
