Cinderella Dress Age 1-3 yrs?

Aw thanks girls (esp Tillybud for looking!) - actually my DH rang me today (he's away with work) and he was in Toys R Us (how spooky as I hadn't mentioned it to him). So he had a look and they didn't have Cinderella but did have Snow White in her size so he got that one :goodvibes Looking forward to seeing her in it at Auberge :thumbsup2:goodvibes:lovestruc

oh I'm so pleased he managed to get her Snow White, I bet she's going to look just adorable ... can't wait to see some pics :goodvibes

Have you seen this.... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=150358288275 i'd put it in my watching as looking for my dd but Hubbie not keen on the pink :sad2: and we've already got her a snow white....

Maybe worth a look?

PS its not me selling just in case anyone thinks i'm advertising, i just happened to come across it. Lol would have told you about the snow white but you might have started bidding against me :scared:

Thanks Donzy (I did see same dress which ended yesterday - went for around £6.50) but I'm going to have no more room in our case :lmao: I have Minnie Mouse, Snow White for DD2 (going to leave Tinkerbell at home!), and Cinderella & Sleeping Beauty for DD1.... Think I'll be taking one pair of jeans (wearing to travel), one t-shirt and my nightwear at this rate :rotfl2:

I think DD2 will suit Snow White best as she's quite dark haired etc :goodvibes

Tillybud - will of course take photos for my trippie :thumbsup2

yey im so glad you got it sorted. snow white is my fave dress of all. i got a cheapy one when ash was 22 months for our first trip and now she has upgraded to the wdw one lol. ash will be wearing that for the auberge as well. cant wait to see pics

Glad you have sorted the dress!:cool1:

We'll have to start a new thread for photos of our mini Disney princesses!! princess:

We have Mini Mouse (in pink) for DD's first trip in September and were planning on getting Cinderella in DLRP but now may have to check out ebay before we go!!

We got Minnie too - in red though. They look soooo cute don't they....

Mum to Belle - I honestly didn't think the dresses are DLRP were fab quality and sooo expensive. If you paid a fortune some of the more expensive ones were lovely but nothing out of this world imho. My DD1 dresses up every day and so her costumes get a huge hammering as a result I won't pay an absolute fortune for her stuff - it's just not worth it. But on the other hand, I won't buy her rubbish quality Disney Princess stuff either - bring back Woolies costumes as they were always nice!

DH has just arrived home laden with the Toys R Us bag - I wasn't pleased to see him just wanted to see the dress :rotfl2: Oh my, it's just gorgeous and nicer than I thought - it actually has proper sleeves not just little straps like a lot of them have for this age. I'm so pleased he got Snow White as I just know it will suit DD2's colouring :lovestruc Just need to be there now and at Auberge for her to wear it :goodvibes:cloud9:

I'm starting to get so excited about this trip but keep almost tripping myself up by saying something to DD1 like 'ooh maybe we'll see this character this time' or something :rolleyes1:eek:

Hoorah for Snow White dress!!!

Just missed out on a Cinderella one on ebay today, but I've got two months till we go so I'll keep looking! I know what you mean about them getting a hammering, DD's angel dress didn't make it through the nativity play!! :rotfl:

I can't wait for Auberge either, just hope DD decides to dress up on the day and not be having one of those 2year old "NO" days!!

She keeps saying, "Maybe Jasmine will be there, and maybe Aladdin?" They are her absolute favourites!! :lovestruc

awww thats so cute. ash is two as well but there is no failing her wanting to dress up. she would wear her princess dresses every day if i let her :rotfl: she doesnt care who she sees in the auberge as long as she sees sleeping beautys prince as she wants to get married to him :confused3 bless her she even wants to pay for her princess meal herself, her money tin is almost full i say she has enough and all :rotfl2:

Mum to Belle - I hope Jasmine & Aladdin are there for her - I don't think they do the place v often but fingers crossed :thumbsup2

Sonya - Ash is sooo cute - can't believe her wanting to pay herself :goodvibes She's like my DD1 - she dresses up at every opportunity - that's why her dresses are wrecked :goodvibes

Bit of a nightmare as the Snow White dress is a tad small for DD2 (she's only 14 mths but v v long). I'm going to ask my Mum for her opinion and then if she thinks it's no good, I'll trek to take it to our nearest store!! :rolleyes1 You would have thought 18-24 mths would fit her but it's a v v small fit. Gorgeous though :goodvibes

I think Auberge was my fave place last trip - think it was everyones in my party :goodvibes It's nice having nice food too instead of hot dogs and burgers all the time :cloud9:

I had to drop DD off dressed as a pumpkin (when I went to work) this week!! Would tie in with the Cinderella theme but not sure it will fit in my suitcase!:rotfl:

The dresses do seem to come up small, we got Minnie in age 3-4 and it is not going to fit her next year - oh dear will have to get another one!!:rolleyes1

I think we shall have to hang around the Studios to see Jasmine & Aladdin, I know they are in the parade there and sometimes do photos during the day by the Magic Carpets ride - keep those fingers crossed!!!

thats a shame about the dress. maybe if you put leggings or something underneath it, it would be ok. or is it supposed to be full lenght?

It is like a ballerina skirt but tbh to me looks far far too short. It actually does have a popper vest bit underneath for over a nappy but they won't fasten :lmao: I did think of leggings but DH said he thought it was too small. She hates it on so I don't think we'll be getting many nice photos :rotfl2: She's not like DD1 who will dress up anywhere and into anything!!! :lmao:

Mum will help me make a decision either way :lmao: I'm going to ring the store before travelling though to make sure I can exchange ;)

Watch, she'll prob end up wearing Minnie Mouse all the time!!! :rolleyes1

oh no what a shame, it doesnt sound like she would be comfortable in it at all. i hope you can exchange it in a bigger size. i have everything ranging from 1-2 to 4-5 for ash. i got a teeny bit carried away buying princess dresses but made sure i ordered her newer ones in a bigger size lol

she will be sooo cute as minnie anyways. i bet she would wear the dress if it was bigger. ash hates anything too tight. the other day i had to cut her out of a hoodie as she was too scared to pull it over her head :rotfl2:

in her defence i dont know why they dont make the holes bigger and at least it was only from pennys :rotfl:
