Does anyone know the per person pricing
for Cinderella castle character dinner for 2015?

it really depends on which meal and what time of year. I have lunch ressies for may and its costing around $60 per adult lunch, $73 for dinner. prices increase during peak seasons though.

The cost depends on when you are going. Right now the castle is closed and the meals are being held at the Grand Floridian. I would expect to pay no less than $30-40 per child and $50-60 per adult plus tax and gratuity.

Do you know when it reopens? We are going mid March.

If you are going in March and don't already have reservations it might be difficult for you to get one at this point. If you do already have reservations and the Disney site let you make them it *should* be open before your trip. For dinner, in March (which is peak due to spring break) I would expect at least $70 for an adult, $40-50 for a child.
Another option you might have more luck getting a reservation with and is less expensive is Akershus in Epcot. You do see Cinderella, though she isn't the princess you get the Photopass picture with (Belle is).
