Cinderella Carriage Rental?

Our eldest DD who is 3.5 has a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment at GF. She has a beautiful Cinderella inspired dress by Dollcake to wear and we were thinking of renting one of the Carriage's for the day.
Are these still allowed with the new rules on strollers?
Has anyone rented one before?
I know they are "over the top" but I think she would really love it, she's a huge Cinderella fan and knows she is getting turned into a princess for the day and can't stop talking about it.
We also have a 10 month old, would she be able to be strapped into it as well? I'm assuming they have a harness but I can't be sure.

DIsney's new-ish stroller rules limit the size to less than 31 inches wide or 52 inches long. So if they're allowed depends on the individual stroller.

I think the original carriage stroller was too big for the new size rules. However, I recall reading that they were working on s smaller version. I haven’t looked to see if it’s available yet.

I believe Kingdom Strollers has new, smaller carriage strollers that fit the size requirements.

Thanks for the replies. I did some research and it appears they are only suitable for older kids. My Infant can't ride in them. So we will give it a miss, I did find that they have smaller ones now that meet the requirements.
