Some game ideas:
Get the penny in the wishing well- have children stand at a distance from a bucket(decorate the outside to look like stones) and through in pennies
Sweeping/Cleaning Relay Race- have the children do a series of the types of chores Cinderella did- like sweep and area, carry logs from one place to another, and then carry a tray of play food for a distance- you could time each child or have them do it in teams as a relay race
Shoe Relay- Use some of your husbands shoes and have them run a relay race in those
Dress for the ball relay- have a set of old clothes(if you don't have large dress up clothes then try a thrift store) and have each child run down- put on the ball gown, maybe a crown, and then turn 3 times before taking it off and running back to have the next girl come down
Escape from Lucifer- one child is Lucifer(the cat) and the rest of them are on one side of the yard (either along a fence or behinda marked spot) and then have to get across the yard without getting caught by Lucifer- they go back and forth until only 1 child is left- they become the next Lucifier
Other Activities:
Dancing (at the ball)- just put on some music and let them dance around
String Beads- get some beads at a craft store and have them make necklaces/braclets
OK Dis'ers...I need help. Any ideas you have to help me pull together my almost four year olds Cinderella themed party on the cheap would be A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My youngest daughter has really gotten the short end of the stick with birthdays and has NEVER had a family party. So this year I am sucking it up and doing it the 20th of this month. What can you think of that I might be able to pull together from Halloween Clearance and or creative ideas. I did have a friend of mine make her a Cinderella dress...which was pricey...so I am looking to budget the party.
