Cinderella 3D ????

Just got the info on Cinderella blue-ray to be out soon.
Anyone heard if they will have a 3D version?

Cinderella was not filmed in 3D nor was it converted to 3D for release. The upcoming release is 2D only. I doubt it will be converted any time soon. However, if you have a good 3D blu-ray player and 3D TV, you can convert movies to 3D rather well. I have a Samsung 52" 3D TV with active glasses and Samsung Blu-ray player that does a phenomenal job. I might try watching Cinderella in 3D! It isn't as good as a 3D Blu-ray but it is pretty good!

Yeah, I watched Aladdin that way and it worked really well for the most part. I tend to find it works well with live action (the new Star Wars trailer looked amazing when my TV converted it) but better with animation as it seems to detect the various layers of animation and separate them which gives a really good 3D effect.
