We are traveling with 2 families -- we have 4 boys (ages 4-8) and one little girl (age 4). She is a huge princess fan and we want to do something special for her -- not sure what to do with the boys in tow... Royal Table or the Tea Party. Will the boys be entertained at the Royal Table??? Mother and daughter would love to do the Tea Party but should they do it alone without the boys? Also can someone confirm the price of the tea party. Just read another post that it cost $260 for 3 people!!!
Any help would be most appreciated.:goodvibes

Info from allearsnet.com about the tea party
"$250 includes gratuity (but not tax) for one adult and one child ages 3-11. Additional adult guest (12 and older) is $85 plus tax and an additional child is $165 plus tax. Refunds available if you cancel more than 72 hours from the date of your event."

This is something I did with DD, my husband watched our boys and our youngest dd as I felt she was too young. It was really fun, I am glad I did it, I NEVER would have paid to do it with the boys, the food isn't really a meal, it's a tea.
I have, however, taken our boys to both CRT and Akershus and they were fine, it's a breakfast, they ate and watched their sisters with the princesses, sometimes they did a picture too, but they never complained. I should add, however, that we really stress to our kids when we are on vacation that it's a family event and everyone is going to have to tolerate being patient when we are doing something they don't especially enjoy (in other words, it's not all about you ;)) if you know you will be traveling with young boys who won't play along with that, consider a plan b. I would NEVER, for example, take my nephew to a princess breakfast, I know he doesn't have the patience and that would make me angry.
Maybe consider the dinner at the Grand Floridian, it's Cinderella and Prince Charming along with the Evil Stepmother and Stepsisters, they are pretty fun and the boys may enjoy that.

Thank you so much for that information!! :) We are going to look into the dinner at the GF!! Sounds like a better option :thumbsup2

As a mom of boy he loved CRT he got a sword so that made the day and he likedtalking with the princess.
