Cinco de Mayo in the parks

Is there anything special that happens in the park on this day? Any special food that is served or characters that come out?

There is usually a special dish a Rancho del Zocalo. They have had Three Caballeros for Three Kings day but usually not for Cinco de Mayo. Many guests will be observing it, it's a popular day in So Cal.
