Cinco de Mayo in Disney?

We will be visiting Disney over Cinco and was wondering if they have any celebration? I cannot find anything on disney.com but thought you all might know.

I don't recall any special events at the parks, though it's possible Mexico in Epcot holds some sort of celebration. I'm pretty sure PI celebrates that night too-I remember this as a night when a lot of locals came out to party.
