cigar smoking in WDW

I'm sure there is a tread about this very personal subject but I could
not find one. I don't want to start any turmoil. IMHO I might be one
of the most courteous cigar smokers around, I will not smoke whenever
I want, I will not smoke around children or anybody else for that matter.
all I want to do is enjoy my cigars when and where they are permitted.
after 8-12 trips to wdw I thought I was a pro at knowing my way around
it. but now I hear (way to late I guess) there was a cigar bar in DTD is
that right? and I hear or read there is a cigar shop pretty close to wdw?
I would much rather have a nice drink with my cigars than use an area
permitted for a quick smoke but I could use a cigar more suitable for the
time available. so I guess there are no cigar bars on site right?
I thank you kindly

We stay at the Board Walk almost exclusively and it's just not a Disney vacation unless I have a morning stogie with my coffee. My spot is the bench right next to Atlantic Dance, I'm there every morning at WDW from about 6:30 until the cigar is done. I don't care for small sticks and this is nothing to hurry through so it's just the morning ritual for me. We hit Raglan Road at least once every trip and there's a cigar bar nearby, Sosa's, that I've frequented from time to time.

Update: It appears that one or both Sosa's locations at DTD has closed.

I thought I saw cigars in a window at a shop in DTD in December when we were there, not sure though since I don't smoke anymore. We are having a discussion here in NE about cigar bars, are they exempt from the smoking ban in bars? It's really funny to listen to, told my DW, yep if walk past a "cigar bar" the first thing I'm going to think is "I wonder if they have good food?" :lmao::lmao: It wouldn't dawn on me that there were Cigars there.:laughing:

OP hopefully others can help with your request. Moving to Resorts :thumbsup2

There is a very nice cigar bar at 7792 W Sand Lake Rd. It's called Corona Cigar Company and has a huge selection of sticks. If fact the entire store is a humidor. They also have a full bar where you can relax in nice leather chair and enjoy a cigar and beverage. It's not too far from WDW and well worth the short ride.

First of all thank you for your service in "Nam" And thank you for being polite about where you can light up a cigar. Most would just light up & the ***with others around them. I am sure you will find a place.

Boardwalk gift shop has some. I'm not a long cigar fan so I haven't bought one.... Yet. But I may head over tonight and get one. They have Ashton.... Not sure of other brands. Me personally..... I prefer a Cuban Monte Cristo #4 from St Maarten.... But it's Disney not carribean

There was a cigar shop (Sosa's) in the Disney Springs shopping area, and a bar a couple of doors down where you can smoke cigars (they sell them at this bar too).
They also have a cigar selection at Shula's at the Dolphin in the Boardwalk area.
Most resort hotels have smoking areas, many of them fairly nice. I asked staff about stogies, and was told that anything legal to smoke, is welcome in these areas.

I stand corrected. I have read that the cigar bar (Fuegos) has closed it's doors.
