Cici's Pizza

Yes, I do. We are a family of 5, I leave $5.00.

No, we go to Cicis at least weekly and I have never seen anyone EVER leave a tip. This may be a regional thing, but here you do everything yourself but the bussers do come and clean your table at the end.

CHeck out the cart that the busser pushes....usually they have a tip jar on them. They do in PA and last week we ate at the one in DW, they had it also.

I've never seen anyone tip at the one I go to. What service are you tipping for? I'm normally a good tipper, but I've never thought about it there.

We usually leave a dollar or two at restaurants like Cici's where you get your own food but they clear the table.

When we used to eat there we did not, nor did we ever see anyone else. They did not have a tipping jar. I have not ate there for about two years:mad: They closed all the ones around here, but have the nerve to show the commercials. we ate there probably 3 or 4 times a month at least (both kids ate free). Alfredo pizza was our favorite, well me, my mom and DD.

I've seen people leave tips. It depends on how well the bussers are working that i'll leave a tip. Like if they let the dishes stack up on the table till after we leave, probably not.

There's places that have tip jars, where it's completely optional. There's some days I walk out of work with 50cents or 3$ from tips, but it's also split between every one else there which can be 3-5people.

My brother actually owned a CiCi's in our area (Midwest- unfortunantly it is now closed :confused3) and when they opened I helped him with all the training, etc.. Cici's does promote the tipping. The tips go to the bussers- and the idea is that it helps them make more $ and makes the job more attractive.

We used to tip $1 per every 2 people- according to how well they kept the table clean.

There are no Cici's near us. We've only gone a few times while at WDW. Never noticed anyone leave a tip so we didn't. I guess next time we will leave a few bucks.

Yes, we always tip at Cici's. The busers do a great job at clearing the table. A few dollars is not going to break us, and they really appreciate it.

Our family went there for lunch once. Left 15% tip, because I saw money on other tables. Probably wont ever go back. Im sure it's great for some palates, but not mine.

Also from VA and no one in our area tips at CiCis Pizza including me and the rest of my family. So I agree it must be a regional thing.

We tip at buffets because someone comes to the table to refill your glass, bring you fresh plates and take your dirty plates away. At Cicis you do all of this yourself. Therefore, we never tip there.

I always leave a small tip when i go to CICI's for the people who clear off the table. they clear the dishes I have finished usually when I go for 2nds or after I get back.
No, they don't refill sodas, etc... but they do work hard, at a job I wouldn't want to do.
I went to the original one near Comfort Inn once and left $2.00 on the table. The lady ran after me and said "you left some money on the table". when I told her it was for her she thanked me a few times before I got out the door, I guess she doesn't get many tips, which is a shame, she was right on top of everything.
I can't eat pizza anymore so no more CICI's for me, and I will miss it. It wasn't the best, but when I went to WDW alone it was a nice place to stop after hitting the outlets.

We have only been to one when at Disney and the lady cleaning our table was right there to take our plates every time and she was more pleasant than any server on Disney property that trip. I gave her a big tip and told her it was just because she was the most pleasant person I met on our vacation. She looked shocked.
