It was truly amazing before. We were blown away. Our kids were 9 and 6 at their first Disney cruise. Now they're 28 and 25.
We booked in 2005 for 2007 because with only 2 ships it would sell out so fast. After the first few days that dates were released, it just wasn't affordable after that. So we booked the first day and we said it would be a once in a lifetime trip. Yeah right. We rebooked onboard and just finished #32.
Back then you'd wait in a long line at the Future Cruise desk.
Also besides the 10% off, DCL would give some OBC for your future cruise. $200 for a 7-night and I think $100 for 3-4 nts. There was no such thing as a 5-nt. Magic did 7 nts. Wonder did 3 & 4 nights. Once the Dream entered service in 2011, they could change things up a little.
