My son is not a big seafood fan- he has ordered the steak at the Coral Reef and it was quite good.

Love the Photopass pics. They are very cute. The Toy Story topiaries look great and I love that first border you chose. I swear, we had the worst luck finding Photopass photographers on our trip, so I didn't even bother with it after awhile. Maybe I'll get luckier with it this time!

Oh really? I am not sure if it's because they staffed more photopass photographers on site because of spring break, but we never had an issue with finding photographers. We got a TON of pictures! Hopefully on your next trip they will be more plentiful!

Thanks! We were all like, er, this is not goingto be good, when the photographer told us to turn to the side pull our shades down and look fierce. LOL. Luckily they came out pretty cute.

Saturday Part 5

After our yummy dinner at Coral Reef, we hung around the Seas for a bit, going on Nemo and checking out the marine life

Future world actually closed at 9pm tonight, so we had some time to walk around. However, all the FP for rides like Soarin’ and TT were no longer available (as I expected). So I guess my sisters were kinda bored with the rides that we DID go on, but I assured them that not all of Epcot was that tame. LOL

We made our way to WS to grab a spot for Illuminations. I remembered our secret spot behind the gift shops when you first enter WS from FW right in the middle of the park. It’s not really secret as there were plenty of people there, but since we had just discovered it on our last visit, it was still fairly new to me!

We had fun shopping around in the gift store. I think we went to the one on the right this time. I know both stores sell different stuff. Pretty soon, Illuminations began! I really love this show. We were so close to the fireworks, we felt the heat of the sparklers and almost thought they were going to hit us! Pretty darn cool spot if you ask me.

The next 2 shots are out of focus, but I really love the effect the fireworks and the blur, don’t you?

Finally the finale!

We headed back to the buses but we stopped in Mousegears for a bit to avoid the crowds. Mousegears was one of our favorite stores because they seem to have everything there! It also stays open later after the park closes, which is smart as they can make tons of $$$

Finally after we could not longer shop anymore, we took the bus back to POFQ….we had an early day the next day, to race for TSM!!

I think the two out of focus shots look great! They add a different dimension to the fireworks and the effect works well!

I'm going to have to remember your spot for watching IllumiNations! Although Howard and I did enjoy our random spot on the wall between the bridge and China where no one else was. Haha, we picked up food from the Lotus Blossom Cafe and ate in peace. Of course, we didn't see EVERYTHING because we weren't even standing, haha, but we still really enjoyed it. When we want to be able to see everything, I'll go to your new spot and then think of all your great pics too!

Thanks Dee! Yes my sisters loved the show and especially how close we were to the fireworks! I think it made it all the more enthralling to feel the heat on your skin.

We all did a lot of shopping on the trip! I don't remember if I purchased anything that particular night, but I will do a post about everything that I bought on this trip in a later post.

That's a great idea to get some grub and sit and enjoy the show! Nothing like something to snack on. How was Lotus Blommson? I can't say I have ever eaten there but I have heard good things.

Yay for us POFQ gals! I just read the begining of your TR and it's funny because when I asked about whether our building was refurbished, the CM coudln't tell me if it was refurbished or not but finally he called someone and found out that it was. Whew!

haha. When I saw the room number started with a 3 I thought to myself "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!" Out of 7 buildings, #3 wasn't done and building #2 was being done at the time, you put us in the ONLY BUILDING THAT ISN'T DONE. And then they end up putting us in 6 which is what I had requested..go figure! They make things so hard sometimes!!! I'm glad you got a finished building because I'm with you when you say you have no idea how 4 adults in double beds for a week would work!
