Wow... That was a very productive morning! Love the Minnie ears with the pink dress. You and your sister have the cutest park outfitsCan't wait to see how breakfast went at Be Our Guest. Our family dined there for lunch for the first time this past June and we LOVED it! We were able to score a table in the West Wing, and our DS was very much taken-in by the magic of the Beast's castle...so that made the experience even sweeter.
I CAN FINALLY SEE YOUR PICTURES!!!! Lots of comments incoming!!!!
How have I never noticed this before? I love this!![]()
Dale was the BEST at GG when I went last year! He gave the warmest hugs, and kept pointing at my facepaint and making a big deal about it.![]()
I was surprising disappointed by this salad. I mean, I was really there for the meats and sides anyhow, but after reading so many good reviews of this salad, I was underwhelmed!![]()
Mmmm. I'm a protein and cards girl. I loooove these!![]()
You like big crops and you cannot lie?![]()
MEAT MEAT MEAT. Wait... Why is there no gravy on your turkey and stuffing?![]()
I absolute HATE bell peppers of any color, I don't discriminate. I knew what to expect going into it, so I ordered my fish without the red stuff. I'm jealous, though! Mine was tilapia. I loooove mahi mahi!![]()
Yes, I had the same wonderful experience last year!![]()
Selfies with characters! Why have I never thought of this before? These are sooooo cuuuuuute!!!![]()
Bahahaha! I love this one so hard! I'm telling you, Dale is AWESOME!!!![]()
I said almost the exact thing about this dessert... Cobbler NEEDS ice cream! The whipped cream is a sad substitute!![]()
This is a beautiful shot!!!
Now dangit Su-Lynn, you can't be making me sit here at work watching these and crying at my desk!![]()
Yaaaaaasssss! Love love love Mousegears!!!![]()
I so love me an empty bus. So peaceful!![]()
You and your sister both look soooo cute! And I love that pink dress, and the ears really are just perfect with it!![]()

I love this one!!! Perfect!![]()
Crocodile faces!!! Chomp chomp!![]()
It looks like your man is staring right down your dress... and happy about it.![]()
Yes, you two are so matchy and adorable!!! I love this!!!
Ha ha ha!!! That was awesome.Peter Pan. I dunno, his line was off the hook
I was so taken with their porcelain skin. It was so perfect looking. I would die for skin like that, or at least whatever makeup they were wearing. I wanted someone to cover them with a tarp for fear of their delicate skin shriveling in the sun. They also didn't seem to sweat in the 95+ degree weather, I therefore believe they are aliens.
How cool, I had no idea those guys talked. Guess I figured the snoring was us after waiting in line ; )We had fun listening to the knights again. Some of them would doze off and we'd say "Wake Up!" and they would stutter, then another knight would chime in.
This looks and sounds delicious. Oozey eggs, brie, bread, and arugula. Yes please and thank youMy sister LOVED this. It has all her favorite things, eggs, bacon, brie, baguette. She was all over it! She did not care for the arugula but I really liked it.
I too really enjoyed this dish. I poked the yolks of the eggs to have them ooze out a little bit as a sauce for the cheese, bacon and bread. It was awesome.
I still can't get over that they bring the same amount of pastries no matter how many guests are in the group. Here was our shared pastry platter:
Note this actually came at the same time as our entrees. We saw others get it beforehand but our sever kinda forgot. Sh was very was apologetic though. It was ok since our food came our relatively quickly in any case.
That is some serious Peter Pan love and dedication to endure that wait and heat. Her persistence paid off:

Just read through your TR and I have to say, you all made the most of PP! Great character meets!
We live just north of Boston and wanted to get to the Museum of Science for the Pixar but we just never made it. I've wanted to get out to Great Barrington too but haven't. Your mini-TR was great to read!
Ha ha ha!!! That was awesome.
Disney trips are always said when they come to an end. But I look forward to your next TR. Thanks for sharing your AWESOME trip!!
I often think the same thing about people who look cute in cold weather - if your skin isn't turning red and your nose isn't running, you just may the stink-eye from me.![]()
Your BOG breakfast looks so good! I don't know that I've seen any pictures of the open-face sandwich... now I want one! Yum!
Your sister is dedicated to meeting characters! I'm sure the Le Fou's Brew helped.![]()
I can only imagine how hot Peter Pan must've been in those tights!! Talk about sweating! Breakfast looked yummy, yours especially....brie at breakfast? yes please!

Just read the whole trip report and loved it. We just got our confirmation for a Poly studio on rented points for April 2-13. So beyond excited. Your ticket discussion got me researching. I don't know if you can get tickets through work, but I signed up with Wildatwork.com since I own my own business as a graphic designer. The qualifications to sign up aren't too stringent. And they have 10-day park hoppers for almost $60 less than gate price. Much more than UT's discount. Just thought I'd mention. I've used them before for other discounts and they are great. I've never bought their WDW tickets though. Since they do charge $8 for shipping and can't do e-tickets, I'll probably go through step-mother's work as they've always had the same discounts when I've compared.
Can't wait to read the end.
Breakfast at Be Our Guest looks tasty!
Sorry it was so hot, but glad you found some A/C and LeFou's Brew!
Your sister is really determined to get those character pics to wait in that Peter Pan line!
Thanks and welcome!!
Renting points is so cool. I was so excited to get a reservation at my favorite resort. I thought it wouldn't happen because the costs were so high but renting points made it possible. I like that we have a split bath set up which is always convenient!
Thanks for the info on the tickets! I'll have to look into it. I don't think we get any discounts through work but so far Undercover Tourist seems to be the best. I will only need 7 day park hoppers on this trip. Your trip sounds like a blast! 10 day park hoppers - cool!
Better late than never. All caught up and following along.
Well, I just spent the entire day at work reading this trip report (and the cruise report as well)- guess I didnt accomplish much work today...
Anyway I loved reading this- your pictures and writing style are great so detailed I feel like Im there! You and your sister are beautiful! I also started following you on Instagram. I hope thats not creepy.
I wanted to add that I was also at the Tanglewood performance of John Williams this year (went last year too!) Its so great. The music is incredible and I love the venue- music under the stars.
I look forward to reading the final posts!
Cindy~
All caught up! Sorry, I fell behind when the photos were missing. Loved your little mini-TR - sounds like a really fun weekend!
Glad you enjoyed Garden Grill. Yes, those character rotations are crazy fast there!
Interesting to hear about the morning of the 24 hour day, as I was just there for some of the late-night. Sounds like you got the better end of the deal and were able to accomplish quite a bit!
Finally caught up! Looks like you had a great time! I so need to see the butter knives you purchased on the cruise. I love LWTL too...may have to try Garden Grill next time.
FYI 7-day Hoppers are $383 plus the $9 shipping from Wildatwork.com. You'd be surprised who qualifies to open their own account and there's no verification process or anything. You should check the site if that price is good for you. Feel free to pm me if you want.
And yes, I'm looking forward to 2 showers, one with a sun shower, too. My son was bummed we weren't staying in a Nemo suite at AoA for the fold-down bed, so I'm keeping the one in the studio secret so he can be surprised. I didn't think we'd be able to afford to stay there especially because we couldn't book 11 months out and could not afford to go through Disney, but it seems availability for the studios is still pretty open.
Tanglewood, located in the town of Lenox in the Berkshire mountains, is the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. If you love music and being outdoors, it's the perfect place to be. We went for the annual Film Night where they play scores from various films, both new and old.
The town of Lenox is rather ritzy with sprawling estates and fine hotels, but we stayed outside it in low-key Great Barrington, at this little place called the Briarcliff Motel. It really is just a roadside motel which the owners had spruced up and made more hip.
I love fries so I appreciate a good twice-fried french fry
We hung around a little enjoying the glorious weather and views.
The encore was the Imperial March from Star Wars.
Everything was really tasty and delicious. It was seasoned well and all the meats/fish were cooked just right. Everything was served at the right temperature too...hot and fresh!
We bought a few last minute gifts and things then headed back to the buses. We really needed to sleep because the next day was our last day at WDW and it also happened to be the start of the 24 hour day at MK - opening at 6am! How early do we actually get there though?
We had fun listening to the knights again. Some of them would doze off and we'd say "Wake Up!" and they would stutter, then another knight would chime in.
