Does DCL do anything special during the Christmas season?

Doing the Land/sea package in December 2005 and plan on catching MVMCP and Christmas Around the World. :boat: :jumping1:

Just be prepared for one thing with WDW if you're going to be there around the 25th or after- the biggest crowds you have possibly ever seen. We just got off a 10day and exactly one day at Mk and Epcot and I have to say it was more crowded than spring break.

They decorate the Magic beautifully around mid November. That was a surprise for us on our 11/15/03 cruise and now we don't want to sail without the holiday spirit on the ship. We just cruised on 12/4 and are booked for the 12/17/05 sailing. :) I have pictures of the ship and Castaway Cay at this site. http://pages.ivillage.com/blueeyes4me/dclchristmaspictures/ I really liked the snow machine that they had on the dock by the tree & snowman family. It added to the magic.

Early December, after Thanksgiving but hopefully before the kids get off of school for winter break. :moped:

Nice Pictures Lbgraves :earboy2: That will put us in the Christmas mood.

Omg were the lines ever long. Fast Passes sold out for the most popular rides before 12. 3 hours for test track and 2 1/2 for Mission space. we only briefly stopped at the Magic Kingdom, but the amount of people there was unbelievable. Just be prepared to do a lot of waiting. There are also pictures of the ship in my gallery. The link is in my siggy.

We have a cruise planned for Dec 10, 05. I was thinking about a couple of days either before or after at the parks. Is it really busy all of December or is it just closer to the week of Christmas and New Years?
