Christmas Week What Park

If you were going for one day what park would you go to.
We will be in florida Dec 23 - Jan 2nd.
What day and which park?
considering crowds & such

January 1 or 2. On the first, there shouldn't be any crowds especially in the morning. As for what park, how many people you have and their ages may be the determining factor.
