Christmas Week Rates

I was looking at the deluxe resort rates during Christmas week. Specifically the GF. It's extremely crowded during that time. Do they actually fill rooms in the deluxe resorts charging the holiday season rack rates? I couldn't imagine paying anywhere from $705.00 to $3145.00 a night not including taxes. Are they serious?

Definitely out of my price range. That's why I booked the Dolphin.

They will fill the rooms.

That's why we are booked at the All Star's! We'll enjoy the same parks and restaurants as those in the Deluxe resorts. No charge for visiting the deluxes and enjoying their ambiance!

Maybe if we win the lottery, I'll pay $700 for a room. Until then, we'll stick to our budget.

Yes. For kicks I looked at GF today on the Disney website. I couldn't find anything available until the 20th or so. Not a lot to choose from either. Makes me glad I'm heading out on Christmas Eve.
