I wasn't sure where to post this question but here goes anyway....

Does anyone know if WDW do a train that can go under a Christmas tree? Maybe from the Christmas store?

I am from the UK and have looked online at the Disney Store and it's possible to get a Disneyland Paris train, I thought it was very nice but would love one from WDW!

Any help would be hugely appreciated :santa:

Not from WDW, I saw this Disney themed train last week at a Christmas store.

I would imagine you can find one. We bought one for our son close to ten years ago. Look at the World of Disney store in Disney Springs.

ETA: the one we purchased was a replica of the MK train. I'm not sure about a Christmas themed one.

I found a really interesting HO scale train set from the Bradford exchange. Don't own it, I am a Lionel train guy (Hogwarts Express and Polar Express under my tree). I found it using google. It looks very interesting as is certainly Disney. It not a WDW train or a Disneyland train it's just Disney but it looks really cool. Hope this helps! I've seen Disney Christmas themed trains at Toys R Us, not sure if that helps you in the UK.

Thank you all for the info.

I LOVE the look of the Disney railroad one but as you said @BudgieMama they aren't cheap. I will wait and see if they sell them in the Disney springs shop. I don't know why, but when I'm on holiday it seems much more justifiable to spend that amount. And it would also hold the memories from that holiday forever, or until my little boy gets his hands on it

Why not try a monorail under the tree. That what we do! Well, it's what we did until DH just had to go and get more track and other upgrades, and the thing no longer fits under the tree. I now have to devote an extra room of my house to the monorail every Christmas. Oh, well.

Yup, battery powered. We looked at that exact same train in the Christmas shop in Liberty Square, and would have bought it in half a heart beat, heck I'd have even been willing to pay as much as $150, IF it had been electric. No way I was paying that much for a battery powered train though.
