We're going to skip the MVMCP, our girls wouldn't last through it. We plan to take our kids to a MVMCP when they are all older. But I want to know all the other must do and see Christmas time opportunities at WDW. So what are all the Christmas tips? Also is there anyway to see Christmas themed characters out side of the MVMCP? TIA :santa:

Candlelight Processional and Holiday's around the world at EPCOT! Visit the resorts to see the Christmas trees and impressive gingerbread houses. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Hollywood Studios.

If you are going the week of Christmas, MK runs the Christmas party parade during the day that week:)
Another vote for Candlelight, it is beautiful!

We're taking our daughter along with another family for daughter's early December 6th birthday. Look forward to hearing ideas others have.

We're going to bring Christmas decorations for our room!

Osborne spectacle of lights in Hollywood studios was amazing. Definitely worth seeing. Santa is available for meet and greet at MK. And in AK Minnie and Mickey had holiday hats and sweaters on. Other than those I don't remember seeing the characters in holiday outfits outside the party.

If you have a car they do nightly snow falls in Celebration (the town Disney built) from Thanksgiving till New Years, they also have a train ride, carolers, Santa, and a skating rink.
