at the suggestion of bubbasmom, here is a new thread for the discussion of a christmas swap. 
I am just copying and pasting what I had posted in the abc swap idea thread. maggie
the christmas swap sounds fun. I was in one over on the lifetime moments board last year and it was fun. the hostess did it in groups of 5-6 people and the items were as follows:
christmas eve
christmas morning
opening presents
meeting santa
baking cookies
decorating the tree
each person signed up for one of those themes in the group. I think then you had to make a title and pick another element to go with it like squares, tags, etc. maggie
ps: a due date of dec 1st worked just fine with that swap too, I don't think it started until sept, can't remember. but since we were only making 6 titles and 6 whatever else it wasn't hard.
pps: if you don't have a hostess for the xmas one, I can do it.
