Christmas Shop at MK

While talking to one of my friends today she said that she read someplace that the first family of the day to go into the Christmas Shop in the MK get to decorate the tree for that day and will receive a free personalized ornament. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever heard this and if it is true?

I haven't heard this...I would have assumed they keep the trees decorated the same for awhile...

I remember reading about that here on the boards when I was planning our trip last year, but we didn't get to try it. I haven't seen anything recently about it, so I'm not sure if it's still done, but I'm sure someone will know.
