pop some orville redenbacher popcorn, take out the unpopped kernels and let cool (I let it sit in ziploc bags overnite)..the next day I put it in a big bowl, added some heath chips, craisins, slivered almonds, and some chopped dried apricots..melt some white chocolate and pour over all of it..mix quickly with a big wooden spoon. Spread out on large cookie sheets till it hardens..then break it up and put it in bags..the recipe I used also called for edible gold glitter, which I did sprinkle on..but it was hardly noticeable..everyone who tasted it loved it, and it was simple and fairly inexpensive!
I used a big box of popcorn which I believe was 6 bags..2 blocks of white almond bark 1 bag craisins , 2 cups slivered almonds, and 1 bag of apricots, and 1/2 bag of heath bits..I ended up with I think 3 or 4 gallon size ziploc bags full!
