Christmas party questions

I am planning a trip to florida in December and trying to decide if I want the Christmas party tickets. I have 2 questions. First, I really want to see Cinderella castle covered in Christmas lights. Are they only turned on for the party, or will I be able to see them before the party starts? Second, is it true yoy can see flynn rider at the party? Thank you

They usually have the castle lights on every night during holiday season and I`m not sure about Flynn.

If it's worth it, would depend on what you are wanting to get out of the evening. The castle is lit every evening, so if that's the main focus then it's not worth the extra cost of the ticket.

The party does have a special parade, hot cocoa and depending on what night you are going, shorter ride lines. If shorter lines and a few cool party only activities, then it's worth it for sure.
