Fireworks only. Last year they had another event at Tony's that gave preferred viewing for the pardade. I haven't seen it listed for this year but I think they will. It came out around August last year.

Just for the fireworks.
2 years ago they did an additional party that included the parade and fireworks (or it was a replacement, I don't remember exactly)
Last year they had the regular parties plus a separate event for the parade.

they're experimenting with different ways of upselling both so they may offer a combined party again (or not) but you won't know for sure until it's close to the parties (usually september or october) to see what the special events are.
