When are dates for Very Merry Christmas party usually announced?

I cannot remember when they are announced, however when I begin planning my trips, I look at the dates for the previous year's parties, and use them as a guide. The days seem to stay the same, so I know that if I want to see the MK at night I need to plan for a Saturday, Monday or Wednesday. If I want a RD day at MK I usually shoot for Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
