Do any of the parks have a Christmas Parade, or do they just presnet the normal parade just in festive attire?

What about the Jammin Jungle and Stars and Cars parades - are there any differences in them for the holidays?

Does anybody know when they will be taping the 2004
Christmas parade. Is it usually the first or second weekend
in December?

Hi,
My family went last year for christmas, the parades that i know of was in Mk and AK.....They were both christmas parades during the afternoon but the one i seen at night was not...We went Dec 23 to 28.....I'm not sure about the other parks...Also i know that towards the front of Mk there will be a line to see Santa and to have your pictures taken...

I would like to know this to. Will it be just on the weekend or is it during the week and if so when?

It's been the first weekend in December the past 2 or 3years but there's no guarantee it will be the same this year. One year they decided to tape it at night during MVMCP and showed it Christmas night rather than Christmas morning. We saw it in 2001, it was taped on a Thursday morning. They usually don't make an official announcement of the taping, word gets out through castmembers.

MK presents the Very Merry Christmas Parade from around the 20th of December through New Year's Eve.
During the month of December the Disney Stars and Motorcars parade at Disney/MGM Studios includes its normal characters and floats with a holiday overdressing and a special holiday soundtrack.
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade at Disney's Animal Kingdom is the same year-round.

I know for MJJP they put a Santa hat on the worm that is on the fishing pole on the Goofy Jeep. He's on the right hand side of the jeep. Very subtle.

Thanks Safari Steve and Samirella - I'll have to try to squeeze in the MGM parade so I can tape it, but on such a short trip it's good to know I can skip the AK parade if it's the same!:smooth:

It will be new to us since last time we didn't get to see any of the parades.
