Christmas Parade Taping

Does anyone know anything about the taping of the Christmas Day Parade? I believe it is going to be on Saturday Dec 1st this year and we are arriving the night before. I thought I read in years past that DVC members could take part in the taping as "extras". Is that true? Does anyone know how this works?

Haven't heard anything about DVC members yet, but AP members have been offered a spot.

They are taping the parade on Friday, Nov 30th this year.

I believe Dec 1st is the Regis & Kelly portion.
