Not a lot of info,but something is better than nothing.Straight from Wikipedia:

Hosts Nick Cannon and Brooke Burke-Charvet at Disneyland and Neil Patrick Harris and Lisa Canning, at Walt Disney World. Airs on ABC. Entertainment Caleb Johnson,winner of American Idol.

So at least the hosts are mentioned but there obviously has to be more artists and it doesn't even mention if Caleb Johnson is at DL or WDW.

DL taped last month and included Train, Trey Songz, Trisha Yearwood and Lucy Hale. This was in Disney Parks blog:
"ABC News Senior Meteorologist Rob Marciano from GMA Weekend joins us as host from the Disneyland Resort this year, and he and his wife Eryn brought daughter Madeline along to meet Minnie Mouse for the first time."
