Christmas/New Year week

We are hoping to spend a week during Christmas/New Year time at Disneyland - just wondering if there are any special holiday events, foods, etc that are not to be missed! We will have a car so fun suggestions outside the park are welcome too!

Cruise through last year's 2019 Holiday Time at DLR Superthread: 11/08/19 - 1/06/20! -- you'll find all the events, special foods, special merchandise, shows, etc. from the parks during that special time of year!
Look online for all big events like the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl -- there has been no official word yet about whether there will be any changes (will they be held?) -- this year has been so crazy, so don't make any assumptions about events or attractions -- always double check!
