Christmas Morning Breakfast

What's on your menu for Christmas morning?

I need some ideas since I'm having several family members for Breakfast. I would love to things that I can prepare the night before and then pop in the oven to be ready after opening presents! Any ideas...what's your favorite?

I make a cranberry coffee cake every year (my family always requests it!). I also serve a hashbrown potato casserole and a fruit tray with assorted fruit dips. I make it all the day before and pop the casserole in the oven that morning! It is quick and easy!

I am making the Main Street French Toast Loaf..it will be ready Fri nite and go into the oven Sat morning..probably with bacon and mimosas!..recipe is on one of the threads below!

Since we eat so much at my in-laws in the afternoon we just make cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I buy the Rhodes cinnamon rolls in the freezer section at the supermarket. You take them out the night before they thaw and rise overnight and I just pop them into the oven while we are opening our presents. They also come with cream cheese frosting. They are big and delicious!

This year we went to my mom's at 11:30 to open presents and then around 1 all my cousins, aunts and uncles joined us for Christmas lunch. IT was HUGE. So b/c I knew we would be eating a big lunch, I didn't fix anything other than toast or ceral. Kids too busy opening presents to eat anyway!!
However, my sister in law always goes to her sister's house on Christmas morning. They have country ham and biscuits, potatoe casserole, fruit salad and several other things. I don't know how in the world she eats all of that and then comes to mom's for lunch later!!
