What happens on christmas in July? & does anyone know why some areas of adventureland are closed?

unless i'm very much mistaken, the christmas in july room should have opened about 10 minutes ago, but it's not on the list, and it doesn't come up under Host_Hula!

I'm not sure that the Candy Room is one of the official rooms. It was open a long while before the Christmas in July one was, and I guess people got confused and started going there instead. Hence the large queue.

My son got in. It is in the blizzard beach room.
There are 2 lines 1 on each side of the room.
There are 2 blue generators in middle of room.
1 person from each line spins the generator.
Who ever get the higher number wins a stack of christmas presents.

I have to say that I am disappointed in Host_Hula's skills at hosting games. I always get my DD on VMK right before the host games start. Host_Hula's games ALWAYS start about 10 minutes late. We always get in line and DD disconnects just as she gets in the room. I can understand if a game is new and the host isn't sure how it should go, but there is no excuse for the constant tardiness. Just had to get that off of my chest. She seems like a very nice person, but would it hurt to start on time?
