Christmas gift dilemma

My DS 15, wanted an Ipod touch for Christmas. We found a deal on one at Target a couple of weeks ago and bought it (it came with a $25 Target card). About 3 days ago, DS announces that he no longer wants this - cross it off his list. He isn't changing his mind. DH thinks we should return it - I'm trying to decide if I might want to keep it for myself. I probably wouldn't have bought it for me, but now that we have it, I'm wondering.

What would you do?

Everyone I know who has one LOVES it. But be prepared to share if you do keep it, your son will want to use it too if he's anything like my DD.:)

You can't ask me that, I'm totally clueless about them.

I know my one friend keeps up with her facebook and her DD plays educational games on it because I've heard her say that. There is a thread here on the Dis with links about free Apps and things like that. My DD is getting one and I've charged my DH into finding out how to work it and set the parental things up.

Sorry I'm so clueless.

OP--Is it possible that your son has crossed it off his list because he found out you already bought it?

As a youth, this was a technique I employed a few years to get more gifts :)

Just something to think about

He said that the Ipod touch doesn't have as much memory as his Ipod classic, so no, I don't think he knows we already bought it.
