My family and I already did Disney World at Christmas time, but next year I want to add on a few days at Universal. What are the Christmas events that I can share with my family? I know there is the special parade, Grinchmas, and that is about all we know of! Get us excited for our days at Universal! :)

Grinchmas really is awesome. I highly recommend it. We actually re-organized our itinerary to make sure we can catch it on December 1.

There is Manheim Steamroller concerts, great decorations, tons of characters wandering around. My favorite are the Whos, from the show Grinchmas. They wander around Suess Land and interact with the guests. I think it is tons of fun. Huge ballons to get your picture taken next too. :joker: You can get your picture with the Grinch also. My husband and I were there the first week of December last year and will be there the same week this year, we enjoyed ourselves so very much. Last year we stayed on property but decided to save our money this year and stay off property, the express passes were not needed. The very few rides that did have a wait also offered single rider lines and we chose those. Never waited more than a few minutes for anything, including WWOHP rides.:cheer2: Have a great time!

i'm in the same situation , we went to disney last year and are returning this year (next week actually:cheer2:) but this time we're going to catch a day or two at US/IOA .... i read all about the christmas activites/shows/ parades .... but where can one find times schedules for these online? they do say the times are in the park maps but i'd like to know what time things are going on beforehand in the day so we dont miss something...any ideas?

Because park hours vary, the schedules are usually found on the park maps...not online. Once the festivites begin and park maps are available showing the schedule, you can call or email Universal to send you some maps with the schedules. At least you would have an idea of the times.

I thought that the OP was talking about visiting next year. Information is only out for this year...
