christmas elves anyone?

Are you kidding me? I'll have to make a run for Target tomorrow morning..
I have my babysitting kids here today and one is under the weather, don't want to risk the interior of my car! (well, our her!)

so, thanks to the tent post, I now own the gingerbread tent... here is a list of other things in the $ spot that would make really cute elf supplies to go with the tent...

felt gift bags (they could be sleeping bags)
small stocking (next to the felt gift bags) would be perfect sleeping bags for little elves)
game night candy (4 boxes of candy in game boxes (life, monopoly, operation and clue) no idea what the candy is but the boxes are perfect size for the elves..

not in the dollar spot just random thoughts (to go with the tent theme)

bag of mini marshmallows for roasting
toothpicks to roast the marshmallows on

oh and the most important supply.... the storage tote to put all the elf junk into!

So I get this cryptic call today about these gingerbread pop up tents, yeah note to self, let Maggie go straight to Voicemail!!!!

I go to Target for laundry detergent and a DVD for the basket raffle. YEAH! 256 dollars later..........

My elves are now decked out with a gingerbread house, sleeping bags, board games and I have finished xmas shopping for all the boys!
Now I just need pillows (need to find some holiday felt), clothes and suitcases for their big adventure to Disney.

No tents at our Target. Bin was full of other things except what it was labeled for.

DH will try the one closer to his work at lunch tomorrow.

well you could start it like a flat stanley.. pretend to mail a box from the north pole to your class and the elf could be inside it with whatever other things you might find (tents, stocking sleeping bags, etc) you could also have a note saying that he/she is a foreign exchange student from elf school and wants to learn all about real children and their school...

the elf could share his/her favourite things about the north pole, fav bedtime stories, games, etc and then the kids could share with the elf their favourite things.

you could get a picture of the class with the elf and journal stuff...

My target bites!

I have had to text message Buffy to go into target again for the tents..
I was in tears.. DH kept consoling me and all I could say was how bad this target bites!
My kids thought I was nuts.. but I love when I need to buy for my DIS girls kids! LOL You are so great to help out!

Crapped out at Home Goods AND CVS. I wanted Dancer, cuz you know, Princess is a dancer...

They didn't have Dancer at the other CVS I went to today

I went to the one by the target that bites..and I have Dancer.. .she is in a holding pattern before bed but is willing to take a flight for PrincessM if you want her!
