Christmas Disigns

I was reading someones trip report, unfortunately, I can't remember whose, and I saw a blue Mickey head that looked like a Christmas ball. It had a few characters inside. It also had names in it. On the top of the head it had a gold cap as if you were going to put the hook in it. Does anyone know who made this, or can anyone make me something similar? They were so cute, I would love to have them
