Swede is a vegatable, not really sure how to describe it as I dont like it, Bubble and Squeak is what I would call unused left over veggies from the main lunch all mushed up in a pan and fried. I serve it with leftover Turkey/Beef/Chicken, Now that I do like, with loads of Brown sauce.

I have two questions, what is SWEDE and what exactly is the Bubble and Squeek that you will all be enjoying today?

It is similar to turnip. I think it is known as rutabaga in US.

Oh a ruta-gag-a! I guess I'd pass on that unless it was just in tiny bits in the Bubble & Squeek, as I like most other veggies.
