Christmas Decorations

Does anyone know when the Christmas decorations go up this year? We will be going on Nov 19th. I was hoping they would be up.

Well, I think the first MVMCP party is Nov 7th, and Osborne Lights start the same time I think. So they should be at least be up in many areas, I think, when you go. I haven't been in Nov for a while as we go early Dec now, but used to go mid Nov and as I recall, many decorations were usually up by then! One thing that won't be up is the big Xmas tree in MK. They don't put that up until right after the taping of the Xmas parade, usually the same weekend in Dec(Dec 5 & 6 this year).

The Christmas trees will be up in all parks except for MK. Last year, the Gingerbread displays at select deluxe resorts were up by November 19th.

most of the park decorations should be up.

the big trees at the resorts (GF, WL, AKL) and some lobby decorations were not up last year until the saturday before thanksgiving.

the candlelight processional events and epcot storytellers won't start till after thanksgiving.

I was there nov 8 last year and the parks were decorated, but our resort AoA was not.

We've been three times for Halloween, they start decorating the park the day after the last Halloween Parade, which is usually Nov. 1st or 2nd, haven't looked when the last one is this year. They put them up really fast

Thank you I am so excited I get to take my grandkids to see the decorations! Our DIL has to go to a conference in Orlando so we offered to babysit
