Christmas decorations

Hi

We are planning a trip to WDW, staying at The Grand Floridian and would love to see the holiday decorations.

Frustrated that according to conversations with Disney CM's this week...they have no firm dates for the following in 2014 yet: park decorations, resort decorations, Christmas parade or Osbourne lights at HS.

How can I decide whether to go in mid-Nov or first week of December without this information? I could wait a few weeks....but would then blow my ADR date.

I searched this board...but couldn't find historical information regarding decoration dates from years past. Sorry...if I missed it.

Any projections on the start of events listed above?

1- CM's (especially "phone CM's") don't have reliable info on park and resort operations.

2- MK and DHS will be decorated by the second week in November.
(MK Christmas Tree won't go up until first full week in Dec.)

3- Ongoing process between second week of Nov. and Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.
Epcot's Christmas event's including Candlelight Processional and Holiday IllumiNations start
Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

4- Only takes place during MVMCP, which starts second week of Nov.
(After Dec. 20, or so, it will move to regular days and run every afternoon through New Year's Eve.)

5- Starts second week of Nov.
