Christmas decorations.....?

We have a trip to Disney planned for the week of Thanksgiving. We are staying at BWV (first time) and can't wait! When do the Christmas decorations appear? I have heard from one source that the decorations slowly trickle out during the week. And from another source, that you will see NO decorations until the day after T-giving. Thanksgiving Day is our last day at the parks so what's the deal?

I would think before you leave they will be finished. I have even heard that this year due to larger expected crowds, they will be completely finished before the Wed. prior to Thanksgiving.
