Christmas decorations & scheduling ?

When are Christmas decorations up at Universal? We're going Thanksgiving week and I would love to see some.....

Also....how does the following schedule look:

Background - family of 4 (all HP fanatics)-DH47, DD12 DD10; we were at Universal in June/July 2008; arriving on Monday, Nov. 22nd at noonish;

noon - check into RPR; have a very quick lunch
1:00 pm arrive at Universal Studios & ride:
-Rockin Roller Coaster-whatever it's called
-Mummy (with FOTL)
-Simpsons (with FOTL)
-MIB (with FOTL)
-just walk around
6:30 - eat at Margaritaville or Latin Quarter
8:00 - try and catch the HP movie at the theater

Tues. Mon. 23rd:
8:00 be there at early entrance to go to WWHoP and probably spend most of not all of the morning,

lunch at Mythos, then ride:
-Spiderman (I'm sure at least 3/4 times since last time my rode about 10 times)
-Hulk (with FOTL)
-Jurassic Park River ride (with FOTL)

What am I missing?

I know that the weather at that time of the year is iffy so I'm not planning on hitting any of the water rides. We were in Orlando back in 2005 and the Wed before Thanksgiving it was freezing (yet, we went on a couple of water rides at SeaWorld and froze till we left ) then Black Friday we were sweating at Epcot

The decorations usually go up in early November so if you're coming during Thanksgiving week, you will be good.
