Christmas decorations at resorts

I will be at Disney November 2-9th. Will the resorts be decorated for Christmas yet? Other than the gingerbread house at Grand Floridian, what are some other hotel decorations to see?

I could be wrong, but I don't think the resorts get decorated that early. I always thought they were started closer to Thanksgiving, with them being completely done by Thanksgiving weekend.

We were there a couple of years ago and the decorations at the resorts (deluxe) didn't start until the 15th of Nov.

Osbourne lights may be up earlier??? They went up on November 9th in 2012, I think.

Otherwise, I believe you are a bit early.

On the up side, the food and wine festival in Epcot will still be going ahead.

Osborne Lights are scheduled to start on Nov 8 this year.

Guests have posted that the resort decorations show up virtually overnight, one resort at a time, but there's no published schedule. The GF gingerbread house takes a while to complete so you might see it being constructed or it might be too early in the month. All of the resorts will be decorated by Thanksgiving, but since the holiday is late this year it's hard to say if any resorts will be decorated by Nov 9.

You'll have a better chance seeing the park decorations. The MK will take down autumn/Halloween after the last MNSSHP party on Nov 1 and Christmas (except the Town Square tree) will be up for the first MVMCP on November 8. Most likely DHS will also be complete because of the OL.

Works for me! We check in on the 16th! I hope AK Jambo House is decorated before our check out date 11/23
