Christmas Decorations at Resorts?

We have been to WDW at various times/seasons, but never during the Christmas season. This year, we have MVMCP tix, a dining package for the Candlelight Processional and plans to see the Osborne lights, but we will have most of our MVMCP day (until 4:00, when we plan for early entry) to resort-hop and see the decorations. Any "must do" decorations to see at the resorts?

Go to ALL of the Deluxe Resorts!! They ALL have amazing trees and decorations!!!! The Poly is not as fancy and glamerous as the other Deluxe Resorts, but nice display!!!!

Our favorite resort during the holidays is the WL, followed by the GF, BC/YC/BWI .

We are staying at AKL this Christmas. I have seen pictures of the tree in the lobby. It looks amazing.

GF/WL/AKL/BWI/BC are tops IMO. CSR is the best of the mods.

Thanks for the comments and the picture links -- looks like some wonderful decorations. We are staying at Contemporary, having breakfast at Kona and late lunch at GF Cafe, so we should get our fill that day of the monorail resorts, but will also try to hop over to WL and the BC/YC/BW area. I have DD10 and DD-soon-to-be-8 who would not be happy with me if they found out they missed seeing a gingerbread carousel!

Great photos, I love all of the resorts, too.

I love the Disney Swan and Dolphin resorts, too. The Disney Dolphin resort has a huge lobby Christmas tree like the WL and GR resorts.

A not to be missed is the Fort Wilderness CampGround nighttime walkabout to see all of the camper's Christmas decorated campsites. You will be amazed at all of the Disney decorations and lights. They are awesome.

Most Guests never venuture over to The Fort to see the campers' decorations.

It is so much fun and a great "change of pace".
