I am visiting DW over Christmas for the first time this year and want to find a place to eat our Christmas Day Dinner on that is special. There will be myself, my wife, 2 children ( 3 and 7) and my parents.

Traditional Christmas food is great but I am also willing to look at something a little different.

Any ideas???

Are you interested in dining at a park? a resort hotel?

LTT at MK, would be a nice choice. Home cooked traditional food served family style.

Epcot I would recommend for something different -- Le Cellier in Canada has great steaks or Chef de France, to experience christmas in france.

MGM, I would recommend the Brown Derby, great food, and service.

AK, nothing.

Resorts, YSH at the YC, Artist Point at the WL

There are seveal choices but one recommendation might be Narcossee's. You get to enjoy the wonderful decorations of the GF and walk the grounds. The restaraunt has a great view and the food is great. I have other WDW restrauants that I prefer more but for Christmas with the family the menu and atmosphere would please all. Enjoy

As we want to dine in the evening and we will be in the parks during the day I am looking at a resort. I had considered WL due to the decor but wanted to hear other options. Has anyone got more detail on what any spefici restaurant does differently over Christmas. Maybe a character Dinner or even a dinner where Santa shows up.

It may be difficult to get a dinner reservation for Christmas dinner at this late date. Pick a few places that you might want to eat, call WDW-Dine and see what you might still get.

I agree, it might be late trying to find dinner ressies at this stage of the game. I called a month ago for PS for Crystal Palace in the MK and had 2 choices! Whew, was I lucky. We like the CP because there is much variety there especially for the kids.

I understand its under rehab....but should be done early December. Now that was when I booked it, maybe things have changed. You also need a credit card to hold the holiday ressies.

We cant wait to get there!!!

This is our third Christmas at WDW! 2 times WDW, 1 time the Disney cruise! Simply the BEST Christmas present.

Take care, Stacy in PA
